COMPANY PROFILE
Filippi Nouvelle, Inc. was incorporated on April 10, 2001 primarily to engage in the development, design, production and operation of restaurant concepts catering to the local market. The team is composed of food specialist, creative designers, marketing and advertising practitioners.
FNI is currently involved in the operations and management of some company-owned outlets and
franchised restaurant concepts, namely :
Carlo's Pizza - an Italian, casual dining restaurant with 13 outlets in different parts of Metro Manila,
Tagaytay, Boracay and Baguio City.
Mile Hi Diner - a retro-inspired restaurant serving American food fares with
5 outlets in different parts of Metro Manila, Baguio and Tagaytay.
Pizzeria Volare - an Italian-inspired casual dining patterned after Carlo's Pizza but lower-priced.
Star Diner - retro-inspired restaurant outlet patterned after Mile Hi Diner but lower-priced.

Carlo's Pizza Camp John Hay
It occupies a 90 sq. meters of commercial space at Mile Hi Center, Camp John Hay,
Baguio City fronting Manor Hotel with seating capacity of 80 pax.
This was the first company-owned Carlo's Pizza outlet and was established in March 2002.
Carlo's Pizza SM City Baguio
It occupies 70 sq. meters enclosed space plus 50 sq. meters al fresco dining area that overlooks Burnham Park ,
with total seating capacity of 80 pax located at the 3rd Level, SM City Baguio.
Carlo's Pizza Tagaytay City
It has a store building area of 180 sq. meters built on a 220 sq. meter lot overlooking Taal Lake
with a seating capacity of 150 pax. It is located at One Destination, Aguinaldo Highway, Tagaytay City.
Carlo's Pizza Metrowalk, Pasig City
It has a floor area of 150 sq.meters with seating capacity of 100 pax located at Ground Floor,
Metrowalk, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.
Carlo's Pizza Tomas Morato
It is located at 2nd Floor, 11 Terrazzo Bldg, Scout Madrinan cor Tomas Morato Avenue, Quezon City.
It has a seating capacity of 85 pax and occupies 136 square meters of indoor and al fresco areas.
Carlo's Pizza Capitol Hills
Located at Ground Floor Capitol Greenstreet Capitol Hills, Old Balara, Quezon City.
It has a floor area of 230 sq. meters ( 140 indoor and 90 al fresco )
and a seating capacity of 180 pax that includes a function room for 50 pax.
Carlo's Pizza M. Adriatico
Located at M. Adriatico St., Malate, Metro Manila. It occupies a 200 sq meters of ground floor and
veranda area and a second floor with function rooms. It can accommodate a seating capacity of 300 pax.
Carlo's Pizza Mc Kinley Hill
Located at 2nd Floor Unit 211-213 McKinley Hill Piazza , McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
It has a floor area of 220 square meters and a seating capacity of 150 persons
that includes a function room for 30 persons.
Carlo's Pizza, SM City Fairview
A newly-opened outlet at 2nd Floor Annex 2, SM City Fairview and has a seating capacity of 50 pax.

Soon to open outlet at Ground Floor, Interior Zone, SM City North EDSA

It occupies a 90 sq. meter area at Mile Hi Center, Camp John Hay, Baguio City with a seating capacity of 80 pax.

It occupies 85 sq. meter with al fresco area and has a seating capacity of 70 pax.

Located at Burgos Circle, Forbes Town Center, Bonifacio Global City.
It has a seating capacity of 60 pax.
Mile Hi Diner Eastwood

Seating capacity of 130-150 pax with al fresco areas at the ground and 2nd floors.
Pizzeria Volare
An Italian inspired casual dining restaurant concept patterned after Carlo’s Pizza, it occupies a 120 sq. meter commercial space
located along Ortigas Avenue Ext., Taytay, Rizal. It started operations on May 2004.
Star Diner
A franchised retro inspired restaurant outlet patterned after Mile Hi Diner, it started operations on December 19, 2005.
The store occupies a 120 sq.meters commercial space likewise located along
Ortigas Avenue Ext., Taytay, Rizal.
